Philosophy of Photography
It is my belief that photography is an educational medium, and the camera is an education tool. The goal of the photographer is to educate through visual lessons, informing others of subjects and matters that they may not experience in their normal schedule of activity and social interaction.
The photographer should seek to stimulate the cognitive, emotional, and subconscious learning process through visual stimulation; with the goal of developing a sense of excitement and tranquility in the beholder.
I personally aim to introduce people to other cultures, through the presentation of arts, athletics, and communal celebrations that are both culturally unique and universally human.
